Our Story
Starting at 1980 in Apokoronas province Theodore Nikoloudakis at the age of just 15 years he begins to work as an unskilled worker in construction next to experienced constructors of the region of Apokoronas, learning this way every procedure and technique necessary for building construction.
As a worshiper of his locus and the traditional rural Cretan architecture, Theo eventually starts to specialize in restoring heritage homes located at villages all around the province of Apokoronas. His clientele being both local owners who wanted the restore their parental homes to their past glory and foreigners who adored the traditional architecture of Crete and wanted to acquire their dream home and become residents of the Cretan province.
Since the end of the 90’s, as his work gained wide reputation due to its reliability and aesthetics, Theo started to construct complete new luxury homes and villas, restoring heritage homes and renovating existing ones.
At the present, Theo having established his name in the province of Apokoronas as a local builder and by taking advantage of his craftsmanship in construction that was perfected over the last 45 years, he continues to create homes of exceptional quality and offer construction services of the highest standards.
